Firm size
Although LSSe64 is designed to be used by firms of
practically any size, our client list includes firms ranging in size from around
100 attorneys all the way down to the sole-practitioner. LSSe64 utilizes a
Microsoft SQL database, so the system can easily scale to firms both large and
small. For the smallest of firms, where the infrastructure requirements for
LSSe64 may be too cost prohibitive, a subscription-based hosted solution can be
a great option. Regardless of size, our clients appreciate the flexibility,
sophistication, reliability and performance that LSSe64 delivers.

Practice types
LSSe64 was designed to serve the needs of a broad
range of practice types that are typically found in diversified mid-sized law
firms. Our clients' practices include litigation, banking and finance,
insurance defense, employment, bankruptcy, family law, personal injury and
others. Within this broad mix of practice types, certain areas (like insurance
defense) have unique requirements (such as eBilling). LSSe64 is designed to
meet both the common requirements shared across multiple practice types, plus
many of the unique requirements associated with specific practice types.

Geographic location
LSS serves a geographically diverse region, with
clients located throughout the United States. With standard office hours of
Monday through Friday from 6am to 5pm Pacific, LSS support is always available
during typical working hours regardless of the client’s time zone. We maintain
limited office hours on weekends and can schedule “after-hours” support for
special projects. LSS can provide installation, training and support remotely
via the Internet, and no matter where in the U.S. our clients are located, LSS
can also arrange for on-site and in-person service.
