Whenever a workflow request requires
someone's attention, that user will
automatically receive an email in
Outlook or GroupWise. This
email lets them know that a form is
waiting in their Workflow mailbox.
New Client / Matter Established
Whenever a new client or matter
number is assigned, one of the first
things most firms do is notify the
attorneys and staff. With LSS
Workflow Management, this step is
performed automatically. The
moment a new client or matter has
been imported into the accounting
system, an e-mail containing the
client/matter name and number is
automatically sent to all designated
users.
