Planning and Scheduling
As soon as your firm decides to move forward with an LSS solution, your project manager will help develop an implementation plan that fits your needs and schedule.

Process Recommendations
With the knowledge gained about your firm, and experience with other law firms and the LSS software, your project manager can make recommendations for process improvements that will help ensure a smooth transition to your new system.

Training
Your project manager will coordinate, manage and conduct all training for your firm.  Training options will be discussed early in the process so there will be plenty of time to make sure everyone is ready to use their new system.

Implementation
The day your firm "goes live" with production use of the new software, your project manager will be available by phone or personally on-site - depending on the size and scope of the implementation.

Special Projects
