Each year, LSS produces new and improved versions of the software.  These new versions are based on changes in technology, user requests and industry trends.  New features are added and interfaces are simplified - providing even greater levels of efficiency for our clients.  The software actually becomes more valuable over time.

Version 2007A includes many valuable additions and enhancements that help law firms improve efficiency and increase productivity.  Clients can access a detailed New Release Announcement by logging into our Client Services Website.  Following is just a partial list of new features found in version 2007A.

• New Reporting System

Named reports, automatic report generation, electronic distribution, improved paperless reporting, enhanced reporting options, and greater flexibility than ever before.  Financial reporting for management executives and staff has never been faster or easier.

• Updated Payroll System

New payroll inquiry, improved adjustment entry and controls, improved check reversal, employee maintenance enhancements, increased deductions limits and expanded reporting options.

• Workflow Management

Workflow management now allows up to 2,000 individual conflict names to be listed on a single client/matter intake form.  Each name is automatically checked for conflicts, and upon approval, automatically transferred into the LSS database.  And new custom routing options make Workflow even more flexible for law firms of all practice types.

• Calendar Enhancements

The LSS Calendar system offers new methods for calculating dates and increased flexibility in the way that reminders are generated.  New options for integrating calendar information with Microsoft Outlook provide a greater level of end-user customization.
