1.    Use of Client Services Website.  Access to the LSS Client Services website is restricted to authorized clients of LSS.  Customer agrees not to: 

a)            disclose any information from the LSS Client Services website to anyone other than Customer’s employees; and

b)            copy any content from the LSS Client Services website, except as is necessary for Customer’s own benefit. 

2.    On-Line Community and Discussion Board Guidelines and Policies.  Customer agrees to the following guidelines and policies: 

a)            post material that is generally related to the use of LSS and issues of law firm management;

b)            post accurate and true information;

c)             be courteous at all times; and

d)             report any objectionable content to LSS immediately. 

3.      On-Line Community and Discussion Board Disclaimers.

a)             posted messages express the views of the author of the message, not the views of LSS;

b)             customer remains solely responsible for the content of their messages;

c)              LSS is not responsible for posted messages; and

d)              LSS reserves the right to crop, delete or edit any message for any reason. 

4.    Copyright.  All information posted to the LSS Client Services website, including content from discussion boards, is the property of LSS.  Customer may not copy or otherwise reproduce content of the website or any part of it except as expressly permitted in this Agreement. 

5.    Security Precautions.  Customer shall take reasonable security precautions to prevent content from the LSS Client Services website from being seen, accessed or used by unauthorized individuals.  Customer shall not disclose their login password to others. 

6.    Disclaimer of Warranty.  Customer understands and acknowledges that information found in the LSS Client Services website is developed both by LSS and LSS customers.  LSS does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the information located in the LSS on-line community or discussion boards.  Customer waives any and all claims it may have against LSS arising out of the review, use or reliance of the LSS Client Services website information. 

LSS MAKES AND CUSTOMER RECEIVES NO OTHER WARRANTY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED AND THERE ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  LSS SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY, WITH RESPECT TO ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES EVEN IF IT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
